淋巴器官中酪氨酸羟化酶阳性细胞分布的研究

摘要 目的 :探讨免疫系统合成儿茶酚胺 (catecholamines ,CAs)的能力。方法 :用抗酪氨酸羟化酶 (tyrosinehydroxylase ,TH)抗体对胸腺、脾脏和肠系膜淋巴结的组织切片进行免疫组织化学染色 ,观察这些淋巴器官中的TH免疫阳性细胞的分布。结果 :在胸腺、脾脏和淋巴结三种淋巴器官中 ,均可见TH免疫阳性细胞。其中 ,淋巴结中TH免疫阳性细胞的分布密度最高 ,脾脏其次 ,胸腺最低。结论 :外周淋巴组织都能表达TH ,但不同淋巴组织表达TH的能力有差异。 Objective:In the present, we explored the ability to synthesize catecholamines by the immune system so as to provide more experimental basis for the third possible catecholaminergic system except the nervous and endocrine systems.Methods:Immunohistochemistry for tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) was used to observe the TH-positive cells in the three lymphoid organs of the lymph nodes,spleen and thymus.Results:TH-positive cells could be seen in the three lymphoid organs, but their density was different, with the most density in the lymph nodes, the lowest density in the thymus and middle in the spleen.Conclusions:Lymphoid organs,including central and peripheral ones, can express TH,but the expression in the various lymphoid organs is different.
