358例高速公路交通事故伤临床分析

Analysis of Highway Traffic Accidents in 358 cases

目的 :探讨高速公路交通事故伤的临床特点。方法 :对 3 5 8例高速公路交通事故伤的临床资料进行分析。结果 :高速公路交通事故伤死亡率高 ,为 13 .4% ( 4 8 3 5 8) ,多发伤发病率高 ,为 5 5 .6% ( 199 3 5 8) ,受部位前 3位依次为颅脑伤 2 3 .98% ( 117 488)、四肢骨关节伤 2 2 .3 4% ( 10 9 488)及软组织伤 17.2 1% ( 84 488)。死亡原因前 3位依次是颅脑伤5 5 17% ( 3 2 5 8)、胸部伤 18.97% ( 11 5 8)及腹部伤 15 .5 2 % ( 9 5 8)。结论 :高速公路交通事故伤死亡率高 ,多发伤多。

Objective:To analyze the clinic characteristic of highway traffic accidents. Methods:A retrospecteve analysis was done on clinic data of traffic accidents on the highways from January 1998～May 2004.Results:The mortality rate of multi-injuride up to 55.6%(199/358). The first three numbers of injuride parts were craniocerebral injury accounting to 23.98%(117/488),orthopaedics and joint injury to 22.34%(109/488) and soft tissue injury to 17.21%(84/488). The first three causes to death from severe to mild were craniocerebral injury acounting to 55.17%(32/58), chest injury to 18.97%(11/58), and abdominal injury to 15.52%(9/58).Conclusions:Injuries of highway traffic accidents are complicated by high mortality rate?much mortal wounds and compound treatment.
