组织投资决策过程研究

Research on the Organization's Decision-making Process of Investment

回顾了西方管理理论对于组织投资决策过程的研究,定义了投资和决策等概念以及决策过程的分类、决策中"有限理性"前提的研究。从管理学和组织行为学研究的角度提出了一个理论模型,对决策过程的影响因素及其相互关系作了初步探讨。这些因素包括:决策参与者、决策类型、决策信息的不确定性程度以及决策互动模式。这些因素与决策结果、组织能力和组织绩效密切相关。还讨论了中国国内对投资决策过程研究的现状,简要分析了实证研究比较薄弱的原因。

This paper has reviewed the western management theory about the research of organization's investment decision-making process.It defines the concepts of investment and making policy as well as the classification of the decision-making process and the premise of 'limited reason'in making policies.From the angle of management and organization behavior,the author puts forward a theorectical model and preliminarily discusses the influential facfors and their interrelations,which including decision participants,decision categories,the uncertainty degree of decision infornication and the interactive model of decision.These factors are closely related to decision results,the ability of organization and the performance of organization.This paper also discusses the current situation of studies on the decision-making process of investment in China and briefly analyzes the reasons why the empirical study on it is so weak.
