脑卒中患者早期与中晚期介入康复干预并发症及运动功能恢复的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结脑卒中早期与中晚期康复治疗后残损功能的恢复情况及并发症的发生率。探讨脑卒中早期康复治疗的疗效及价值。方法回顾性分析康复治疗的128例脑卒中患者的预后及其发生的并发症,根据发病至开始康复治疗的时间分为早期组(发病后数天内,通常两三天)和中晚期组(两三个星期后)。治疗2个月后统计分析两组患者并发症的发生率及残损功能的恢复情况。结果①早期组患者并发压疮、肌肉萎缩、关节挛缩、偏瘫步态和肩手综合征的发生率为20%,中晚期组并发上述5项并发症发生率为71%。②早期组残损功能恢复的总有效率为96%,中晚期组总有效率为74%。结论脑卒中早期康复治疗并发症发生率低,十分有利于患者的恢复。
