神经科学研究中绿色荧光蛋白报告基因的应用

Application of green fluorescent protein reporter gene in the neuroscience

摘要 随着研究手段的进步,人们对神经学的研究更加深入。绿色荧光蛋白作为一种新型的报告基因,具有荧光性质稳定、对生物体无毒性作用、检测时不需底物的特点,在神经细胞的基因表达、蛋白定位的研究上优于其他报告基因,尤其适合于活体细胞功能与形态相结合的研究。
