丘脑出血患者的功能障碍特点分析(英文)

Analysis of dysfunction in patients with thalamic hemorrhage

背景:丘脑出血患者不仅具有一般脑出血的基本特点,还出现多种症状及功能障碍,表现复杂多样,而CT,MRI对其具有较高的诊断价值。目的:探讨丘脑出血患者神经功能障碍特点,为临床诊断和康复提供依据。设计:以诊断为依据的回顾性分析。地点和对象:西安交通大学第一医院神经内科收治的丘脑出血患者66例,男36例,女30例,年龄48～74岁,平均61.8岁。方法:由所有作者收集资料,并对66例丘脑出血患者的临床表现和CT或MRI进行分析。结果:丘脑综合征31例,丘脑特殊症状群,如双眼凝视鼻尖34例,丘脑性失语16例,丘脑手8例,丘脑痛4例。结论:丘脑出血临床表现复杂,可表现为丘脑综合征,也可表现为丘脑的特殊症状群,这些特殊症状群对临床诊断具有特异性。

BACKGROUND:Patients with thalamic hemorrhage not only have basic characteristics of general cerebral hemorrhage but also present miscellaneous signs and symptoms as well as dysfunctions.CT and MRI are highly valuable means for diagnosis. OBJECTIVE:To explore the dysfunctional characteristics with patients with thalamic hemorrhage in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation.DESIGN:Retrospective analysis on the basis of diagnosis.SETTINGS and PARTICIPANTS:Sixty-six patients with thalamic hemorrhage were selected from First Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University which included 36 males and 30 females,48 to 72 years old,average age was 61.8 years old. INTERVENTIONS:Data were collected by all authors.Analysis had been done to the 66 patients on clinical manifestation and CT or MRI images. RESULTS:There were 31 patients with thalamic syndrome,34 patients with specific symptom group of thalamus like binocular gazing,16 patients with thalamic aphasia,8 patients with thalamic hand and thalamic pain.CONCLUSION:The clinical symptoms of thalamic hemorrhage are complicated.They present not only thalamic syndrome but also thalamic characteristic symptoms.These symptoms are specific to the clinical diagnosis.
