七叶皂苷对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗价值

Therapeutic value of aescine in lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察七叶皂苷对腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的治疗效果。方法:86例LIDP患者分为治疗组(七叶皂苷组)40例,接受常规综合治疗及七叶皂苷25mg溶于生理盐水250mL中,静滴,1次/d。对照组46例,接受常规治疗能量合剂、止痛药物、牵引等两组均治疗14d,4周()后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率>95%,高于对照组80%,Ridit分析P<0.05;无一例发生肝、肾功能损害,不良反应轻微。结论:七叶皂苷治疗LIDP安全、有效,早期治疗改善患者自觉症状和腰部体征效果明显。

AIM:To observe the therapeutic effect of aescine on lumber disc herniation(LDH). METHODS:Eighty six patients with LDH were divided into trial group and control group.Forty in the trial group received routine comprehensive treatment and intravenous injection of 25 mg aescine solution dissolved in 250 mL saline once a day.Forty Six in the control group received routine treatment(injection of energy mixture,analgesic,traction,etc.).All the patients were treated for 14 days,and the therapeutic effects were observed after 4 weeks. RESULTS:The total effective rate of the trial group was 95%,higher than that of the control group(80%)(P< 0.05 by Ridit analysis).No lesion of liver or kidney was found and side effect of aescine was slight. CONCLUSION:Aescine is safe and effective in treating LDH.Early treatment with aescine has remarkable effect in the improvement of patient's symptom and physical sign of waist.
