摘要 肿瘤坏死因子拮抗剂用于治疗强直性脊柱炎,近两年来在国外研究得比较多,文内阐述了肿瘤坏死因子拮抗剂治疗强直性脊柱炎的机制及最有前途的几个药物(英昔单抗、恩利、沙利度胺、Humira)的临床试验、使用方法、副作用等方面的最新成果。
