试论加快农村经济发展的新思路

ON THE NEW THINKING ABOUT SPEEDING UP OUR RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

根据我国当前农民增收面临的问题,通过分析价格调整和农村内部结构调整两种农民增收思路的局限性,论述了以城镇化为主线的统筹城乡经济社会发展是我国农民增收、加快农村经济发展的战略选择,并有针对性地提出了加快农村经济发展的主要措施。

According to the problem that the peasantry is facing in increasing income, the article analyses the limitation between the price adjustment strategy and the rural internal structural adjustment strategy, and discusses that the strategic choice about speeding up our rural economic development is to plan of economic and social development with consideration between the countryside and the city. Then it puts forwards accordingly the principal measure to be taken.
