清燥救肺汤加减治疗依那普利所致咳嗽临床研究

Clinical Observation of Cough due to ACEI Treated by Qing Zao Jiu Fe i Tang with Plus or Minus

目的 :观察清燥救肺汤加减治疗依那普利所致咳嗽疗效。方法 :设清燥救肺汤组与复方甘草片组对照观察疗效及对血压的影响。结果 :与对照组比较 ,疗效有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 1;血压有明显改善 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :清燥救肺汤用于治疗依那普利所致咳嗽疗效肯定。

to observe the effect of Qing Zao Jiu Fei Tang on Cough due to ACEI. Method: gr oups treated by Qing Zao Jiu Fei Tang contrasted with those treated by Fu Fang G an Cao Pian to observe the curable effects and the effects on blood pressure. Re sult: contrasting to the control groups the effects on the subjects were distinc tive P<0.01 with distinctive improved blood pressure P<0.05. Conclusion: it is certain that Qing Zao Jiu Fei Tang can treat the cough due to ACEI.
