参南瘫速康胶囊治疗缺血性中风失语临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ischemic Apoplectic Aphasia Treated by Cheng Nan Tan Su Kang Jiao Nang

目的 :观察参南瘫速康胶囊治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法 :观察组给予参南瘫速康胶囊 (西洋参、胆南星、白附子、红花、水蛭、金钱白花蛇、全蝎、蜈蚣、天麻、石菖蒲 ) 5 3例 ,对照组采用针刺疗法治疗。结果 :观察组 5 3例中 ,临床治愈 18例 ,有效率 88.6 8% ;对照组 34例中 ,临床治愈 8例 ,有效率 6 7.6 5 % ,两组疗效比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 :参南瘫速康胶囊对缺血性中风失语有补气培元、祛风化痰、活血化瘀、开窍益神之效。

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Cheng Nan Tan Su Kang Jiao Nang on ischemic apoplexy. Method: the subject group of 53 patients was given Cheng Nan Tan Su Kang Jiao Nang, while the control group of 53 patients was treated by ac upuncture. Result: the curative rate with the subject group was 88.68% 18 patien ts recovered, while that with the control group was 67.65% 8 patients recove red. The difference was distinctive P<0.01. Conclusion: Cheng Nan Tan Su Kang Ji ao Nang is effective in nourishing qi, removing phlegm, promoting blood circulat ion to re move stasis and inducing resuscitation.
