黄芪和灯盏花素注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of Injection of Astragalus and Injection of Eri geron Treating Congestive Heart Failure

目的 :观察黄芪和灯盏花素注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :将 80例病例随机分成两组。对照组 4 0例 ,给予常规治疗 ,治疗组 4 0例 ,在常规治疗的基础上 ,加用黄芪注射液和灯盏花素注射液 ,静脉点滴每日 1次 ,两组连续治疗 15d。结果 :有效率治疗组 92 .5 % ,对照组 70 % ,两组有明显差异 ,P值 <0 .0 5。结论 :在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪和灯盏花素治疗可提高疗效。

Objective: To observe the effects of Injection of Astragalus and Injection of E rigeron on congestive heart failure. Method: dividing 80 patients into two group s randomly. The control group of 40 patients was given routine treatment, while the subject group of 40 patients was given Injection of Astragalus and Injection of Erigeron besides the routine treatment by intravenous therapy once a day. Th e period was 15days. Result: the effective rate with the subject group was 92.5% and that with the control group was 70%. The difference was distinctive P<0 .05. Conclusion: adding Injection of Astragalus and Injection of Erigeron to the routine treatment can improve the curative effect.
