树突状细胞亚群及其功能 被引量：3

摘要 树突状细胞 (DC)是职业抗原递呈细胞 ,它在激发T细胞介导的免疫反应中是必需的 ,并且在各种耐受机制 ,包括克隆性T细胞无能 ,诱导产生T调整细胞等方面都发挥重要的作用。不同的DC亚群的形态、表型和功能都不完全相同。现就人外周血中的DC亚群 (DC1和DC2 )及其功能作一综述。
