摘要
介绍了喷射式混合加热器在氧化铝生产过程中的应用情况,利用脱硅乏汽与蒸发循环水进行热交换,混合后的水温达到90℃,供应氢氧化铝洗涤用水,减少了氢氧化铝洗涤热水提温所消耗的新蒸气,降低了氧化铝生产成本。
This paper introduced the jet mixing heating unit applied condition, utilization of desiliconizing exhausted steam and evaporated recycled water to heat exchange, after mixing, the water temperature can attain 90℃, it can provide alumina washing water. The method can decrease washing aluminium hydrate's fresh steam to lower the cost of alumina.
