摘要
本文通过对我厂高压溶出机组新蒸汽消耗大的原因分析,认为通过对闪蒸槽耐磨锥支架和乏汽冷凝水系统进行改造,减少和避免料浆闪蒸槽带料,提高溶出料浆的预热温度,从而有效地降低新蒸汽的消耗。
Based or analysing cause of fresh steam consumption high in our plant digisting unit,this paper considered that it must reconstructed antifriction awl support and condense water of enhausted steam system,decreasing and avoiding flash tank with slurry,and increasing preheating temperature of slurry,effective lowering fresh steam consumption.
