摘要 目的 探讨茶多酚对内皮细胞还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸 (NADPH )氧化酶亚基p2 2 phox、p67phox表达的影响 ,以阐明茶多酚防治心血管疾病的机制。 方法 在体外培养的牛颈动脉内皮细胞培养液中加入绿茶和红茶多酚 ,用免疫印迹法检测细胞内NADPH氧化酶亚基p2 2 phox和p67phox蛋白表达水平的变化。 结果 0 4和 4 0 μg/ml的绿茶或红茶茶多酚均能下调p2 2 phox和p67phox的表达 (P <0 0 5)。结论 茶多酚能调节内皮细胞中活性氧族 (ROS)产生的关键酶 -NADPH氧化酶亚基表达 。 ObjectiveTo search for the mechanism of tea polyphenols on cardiovascular diseases,the expressions of NADPH oxidase subuints in endothel ial cells were observed.MethodsTea polyphenols were co-incubated with bovine car otid artery endothelial cells(BCAECs)in vitro and the intracellular NADPH ox idase subunits p22phox and p67phox proteins were detected using western blotting method.ResultsBoth 0 4 and 4 0?μg/ml tea polyphenol s(either green tea or black tea) down-regulated NADPHoxidase p22phox and p67phox expressions in a dose-negative relationship(P<0 05).ConclusionTea polyphenols can regulate the enzyme that p layed an important role in the process of ROS production in endothelial cells,wh ich may be benefical for the prevention of endothelial cell dysfunction and the deve lopment of cardiovascular diseases.
