摘要 目的 了解学龄儿童中 β3 -肾上腺素能受体 (β3 -AR)基因氨基酸序列第 64位密码子上的色氨酸(Trp64Arg)变异型的分布特点及其与肥胖的关系。 方法 用限制性片段基因长度多态性法对 177名儿童进行了基因多态性检测 ,同时测量身高、体重。结果 变异型等位基因 (C)在被调查对象中出现的频率为 0 2 40 ,其中男童为0 2 2 6,女童为 0 2 67。肥胖女童中变异等位基因 (C)、Trp64Arg变异基因型的出现频率明显高于正常体重者。有父母肥胖或有母亲肥胖的家庭中 ,女童出现Trp64Arg变异的频率分别为 70 3 % ,71 4%。具有Trp64Arg变异儿童的体重、BMI明显较高 ,具有Trp64Arg变异的女童发生肥胖的危险性为 4 5。结论 基因Trp64Arg变异在学龄儿童中有一定的分布 。 ObjectiveTo learn the distribution feature of beta 3-adr energic receptor(β 3-AR) Trp64Arg mutation in school-aged children in Nanjing and its relationship with childhood obesity.Methodsβ 3-AR Trp64Arg mutation was detected with the method of RFLP among 177 school children,their height and weight were measured.ResultsThe mutative C allee was 0.24 for all the childre n ,0.226 for boys and 0.267 for girls.The frequency of C allee and the genotype Tr p64Arg was higher in obese girls.The frequency of the genotype Trp64Arg was 70.3 %,71.4% for obese girls with obese parents or obese mothers.Body weight and BMI of t he children with β 3-AR Trp64Arg mutation were also higher.The risk for obesit y in girls with β 3-ARTrp64Arg mutation was 4.5.ConclusionThere was distribution of β 3-AR Trp64Arg mu tation in school-aged children in Nanjing,especially in obese girls.It may be re lated to obesity.
