欠发达地区农村围产儿死亡率及其影响因素

Perinatal mortality and its determinants in less developed rural area

目的 利用基层计划生育部门登记资料 ,分析欠发达地区农村的围产儿死亡率及其影响因素。方法 利用乡镇计生站提供的妊娠相关资料进行统计分析。结果 死胎死产、早期新生儿死亡和围产儿死亡率分别为2 4‰ ,46‰和 69‰。男女婴早期新生儿死亡率分别为 2 9‰和 69‰。围产儿死亡率与产次及当地经济水平有关。结论 围产儿死亡率高于已报道的同期农村的水平 ,不同产次围产儿死亡率的差异及较高的出生婴儿性别比反映了经济。

ObjectiveTo use daily records of local family planning p ractice and assess the perinatal mortality and its determinants in a less develo ped rual area.MethodsThe data of pregnancy related daily records provi ded by township family planing service stations were anlaysed.ResultsThe perinatal mortality rate(PNMR) and stillbirth rate(SBR) in studied area were 69 and 24 per 1?000 births,respectively,and the early neonatal mortality rate(ENMR) was 46 per 1?000 live births.The male and f emale ENMR were 29 and 69 kper thousand live biths,respectively.The PNMR was ass ociated with parity and townksipo economic level.ConclusionThe PNMR in the studied county was higher than that in rural areas reported earlier.The results by parity and infant sex refle cted the impact of the local economy and existing family planning policy on peri natal health.
