成都市区中学生抑郁症状及其相关因素研究

Study on depression symptoms and associated factors in middle school students of Chengdu urban area

目的 了解普通中学生中抑郁症的发生频率及相关因素 ,为干预提供依据。方法 对成都市区的中学生采取多级随机抽样法 ,对抽到的 14 2 1名中学生使用自编一般调查问卷 ,Beck抑郁问卷 (BDI)进行评估。结果 BDI平均得分 10 98± 7 3 9,女性高于男性 (P <0 0 1)。 3 4 2人 (2 4 55% )BDI得分≥ 16分 ,其中女性多于男性 (P <0 0 5)。常见的抑郁症状有 :疲劳、内疚、抑郁情绪、不满意等。毕业班、父母离婚、再婚、家庭关系不和睦、不是由父母亲自抚养及家庭成员自杀、暴力行为者BDI得分较高。结论 抑郁症状在中学生中并不罕见 ,临床医生和教育工作者要尽早识别并积极干预 。

ObjectiveTo study the occurrence of depression symptoms and associated factors in middle school students of Chengdu urban area.MethodsMultiple random sample method was used in the stu dy.1?421 middle school students were sampled.Self-editted questionnare (includ ing age,sex,family circumstance,experience in childhood,etc.) and Beck Depressio n Inventory (BDI) were used in the sampled students.ResultsThe mean score of BDI was 10 98±7 39.The mean score of female was higher than that of male (P<0 01).The most common depre ssion symptoms included fatigue,guilt,depression mood,dissatisfaction,etc.The hi gher BDI scores were expressed in students of graduating class,parents' divorce family,remarried family,not harmony of family members,not reared by parents and violence or suicide behaviors in family members.Conclusionand teachers should discover and intervene the students' depression symptoms as early as possible.
