Analysis of Difficulty in Getting Financial Support for Rural Economy

分析了县域目前普遍存在的金融缺乏现象,提出允许民间资本或外资借壳进入县域金融领域,成立地方性商业银行;改革邮政储蓄业务,限制农村资金"大输出";改革农村信用社,使其真正成为农村金融的主力军;重新定位农业发展银行;建立多元化的县域金融体系,加快各类金融机构的产品创新和服务创新等对策建议。

By analyzing the difficulties in getting financial support for rural economy, this paper puts forward some solutions: to encourage non-governmental capital and foreign funds to enter rural financial field; to establish local commercial bank; to reform postal and saving business; to limit 'large output' of rural capital; to reform rural credit cooperative; to redirect rural development bank; to set up multi rural financial system; to innovate the products and services of financial institutions.
