应用非线性有限元法对某水封安装过程进行仿真计算 被引量:5

摘要 考虑到材料非线性、几何非线性和边界非线性等问题,应用有限元分析软件对具有超弹性、不可压缩性和大变形性质的某伸缩式止水橡皮的安装过程进行仿真计算.分析了超弹性橡皮材料的大变形性质和在安装过程中的变形情况,并计算支臂翼头在受到刚性夹板夹紧作用下的应力分布情况、橡皮与钢夹之间的接触应力分布情况,从而定性地研究止水橡皮安装完成后的止水性能,为设计合理的止水橡皮提供有益的指导. Considering the material nonlinear, geometry nonlinear and boundary nonlinear problems, some simulative calculation of a water-stop rubber's installation course, which is a kind of hyperelastic, incompressible and large deformation material, is carried out. And the large deformation characteristics of the rubber material and its deformation status are analyzed. Furthermore, the rubber branch head's stress distribution status and contact stress distribution between rubber and steel plates in the course of water-stop rubber's installation are calculated. Finally, some qualitative analysis of the water-stop rubber's characteristics is carried out so as to instruct the design of water-stop rubbers.
