摘要 地震是"群灾之首",我国是地震灾害最严重的国家.大量震害资料表明,新建工程必须进行抗震设防,目前我国建筑工程抗震设防中仍然存在管理、设计、施工、监理、使用等方面的问题,我国必须将建筑工程抗震设防纳入基本建设管理程序,加强抗震设防工作的宣传,重视地震安全性评价,将抗震设防措施贯穿于工程建设的全过程,对原有未设防的建筑进行抗震加固,同时积极做好村镇建设的抗震设防工作. Earthquake is one of the most severe natural disasters, and China is one of the most serious countries that suffers from earthquakes. A large number of data showed that it is necessary for the new buildings to design for aseismatic fortification. Presently , during the course of the aseismatic fortification in our country's structural engineering ,still exist problems of management, design, construction, supervision, employ and so on, our country must bring the structural engineering's aseismatic fortification into the basic construction management procedure, strengthen the propagation of aseismatic measures in structural engineering, emphasize the security value of earthquake, run through the aseismatic fortification measurement in the all course of structural engineering, reinforce the old building, at the same time, we should actively do well with the aseismatic fortification work of the village and small town's construction.
