摘要
由苯酚和三氯化磷反应制得亚磷酸三苯酯。采用正交试验法确定适宜的工艺条件为 :在快速搅拌下 ,反应温度 6 0~ 70℃ ,三氯化磷滴加时间 2h ,苯酚与三氯化磷的物质的比为 3.15∶1。减压蒸馏制得亚磷酸三苯酯 ,收率为 84 %~ 86 %
The process of to synthesizing triphenyl phosphite by phenyol and phosphorus trichloride is studied. The optimized conditions are determined by orthogonal design method. When the molar ratio of n(phenyol):n(phosphorus trichloride) is 3.15:1, droping time of phosphorus trich loride is 2 h, agitation is quick, and reaction temperature is 60~(70 ℃), the yield of triphenyl phosphite can reach 84%~86%.
