高灵敏度微球激光传感器

摘要 激光微球腔以其特有的回音壁模式,极高的品质因子和极小的模式体积,在近年来引起了广泛的关注。它在非线性光学、腔体量子电动力学、低阈值激光器研究及量子光学等领域有着重要的应用。本文综述了微球激光在极高灵敏度传感器方面的原理及最新的研究进展。 Because of very high quality factor and low mode volume, the microsphere laser resonant cavity is broad applied to some field, such as nonlinear optics, cavity quantum electronic dynamics, ultralow-threshold lasers and quantum optics. In this paper, the latest applications of microsphere laser in high-sensitivity sensors are reviewed.
