摘要 本文介绍了压电射流陀螺静态自校准方案,即利用力矩电机、光电编码器、单片机组成精确测速系统并给出标准信号,以校准压电射流陀螺零位误差、灵敏度误差,并通过多传感器信息融合技术改善非线性误差、降低温漂、时漂,提高压电射流陀螺的综合性能。新研制的智能型自校准压电射流陀螺有望在末制导炮弹滚转控制系统和惯性稳定控制系统中得到应用。 The scheme of static self-calibration of piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope has been introduced in this paper. At first, the normal signal was obtained by the precise velocity measuring which is made of moment-motor, photoelectric code device, micro-chip. By this system, the piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope zero error and response error are calibrated. Then the non-linearity error, temperature drift and time drift are improved by technique of multi-sensor fusion, and the ability of piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope are raised. This new intelligent calibrated piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope will be applied in the rolling control system of terminal guided cannon and the inertial stabilization system.
