摘要
以摩尔组成为 72P2 O58Al2 O32 0RO(R =Mg ,Ca ,Sr,Ba)和 ( 77-x)P2 O58Al2 O3( 15 +x)BaO (x =0 ,5 ,10 ,15 ,2 0 )掺铒磷酸盐玻璃系统为研究对象 ,测量和计算了掺铒磷酸盐玻璃的各种光谱参数 ,探讨了不同网络修饰体及其含量对掺铒磷酸盐玻璃光谱性质的影响。结果表明 :玻璃折射率nd、积分吸收截面Σabs、发射截面σemi,JO强度参量Ωt 以及自发辐射几率AR 都有较强的成分依赖性 ,主要决定于Er3+ 离子周围结构和Er—O键共价性的变化 ;减小Er—O键的共价性可得到较高的Σabs,σemi以及AR。
Various spectroscopic parameters of the erbium-doped phosphate glasses [72P_(2)O_(5)-8Al_(2)O_(3)-20RO, R=Mg, Ca,Sr,Ba,) and (77-x)P_(2)O_(5)-8Al_(2)O_(3)-(15+x)BaO , x=0,5,10,15,20] were measured and calculated. The influence of RO and its content on spectroscopic properties of the glasses was discussed. It is found that some parameters, such as refractive index n_(d), integrated absorption cross section Σ_(abs), peak emission cross section σ_(emi), JO parameters Ω_(t) and spontaneous emission probability A_(R), are all affected by the glass composition. They are mainly determined by the changes of structure around the erbium ions and/or the covalency of the erbium ion sites. The Σ_(abs), σ_(emi) and A_(R) can be increased with lowering the covalency between erbium and oxygen ions.
