摘要 比较了由PE化学接枝改性制备的无滴膜与掺混长效无滴剂生产的长效无滴膜的无滴性能。结果表明 ,采用共聚工艺制备的马来酸单十八酯 -马来酸酐 -甲基丙烯酸三元共聚物和马来酸单十八酯 -马来酸酐 -甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯三元共聚物作为表面改性剂制备的无滴膜具有显著的长效无滴性 ,较目前使用的无滴膜具有不结露的特点 ,解决了国内无滴膜无滴有效期短的问题。对共聚物的添加量与无滴性能的关系的研究表明 ,共聚物添加量在 2 %~ 4%范围内都能起到无滴作用 ,3 Fogging-resistances of no-drip PE films made by chemical grafting modification and the long-lasting no-drip PE films made by long-lasting fogging resistance agents were compared. The results show that films prepared by the surface modifiers of co-polymerized terpolymers—single octademaleate-maleic anhydride-metha-crylic acid and single octademaleate-maleic anhydride-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate are endowed with properties of long-lasting fogging resistance.The relationship between loadings of the copolymers and the fogging resistance was studied.It was noted that 2 % to 4 % copolymers endowed the films with fogging resistance and three percentage was the optimal loading.
