摘要
为探讨国产维生素E乳剂对心肌再灌注损伤的影响,对20只急性心肌缺血再灌注家兔分别于再灌注前静脉注射国产维生素E乳剂100mg/kg(实验组)和生理盐水乳剂(对照组).实验组再灌注期左室dP/dt和LVSP明显增高,LVEDP明显下降,心肌超微结构损伤较轻,收缩带坏死和梗塞范围均显著缩小.结果提示,国产维生素E乳剂对心肌再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用.
To examine the effects of native vitamin E emulsion on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injuries, 20 rabbits subjected to 30 min of acute myocardial ischemia and 120 min of reperfusion received introvenously native vitamin E emulsion 100mg/kg(experimental group) and saline emulsion (control group) respectively. In the experimental group compared with control group, left ventricular dp/dt and LVSP during reperfusion increased, LVEDP decreased, myocardial ultromi-croscopic structure was injuried more slightly, the size of contraction band necrosis and infarction reduced markedly. The results suggest that the native vitamin E emulsion has a better protective effects on myocardial reperfusion injuries.
