血压波形的叠加平均处理方法

摘要 血压波形上的小幅值信号,大多在噪声水平或被噪声所淹没.本文介绍的血压波形的叠加平均处理方法,是将15~20个心动周期的主动脉血压、左心室血压及心电等生理学数据,以心电R波峰值时刻作为每拍起点,以生理波形上任一选定的特征点作为叠加平均的中心点,对多拍波形进行叠加平均处理.经这种叠加平均处理后,可有效地抑制随机噪声,确认与心血管功能有关的血压波形上小幅值波动信号,特别是叠加平均中心点附近的小幅值波动信号. There are flutters of low amplitude and high frequence on aortic and left ventricular blood pressure waveforms. Some flutters have significant meaning in physiological and pathology, but their amplitude-frequency characters are at noise level. In this paper, we describe two ensemble-average methods for processing blood pressures. The one is using the peak of the R ware of ECG to indicate the beat starts, and to superimpose the beats together. The another is using a selected characteristic point on the blood pressure wave or its processed curves as the centre of ensemble-average. We select continuous 15-20 beats of blood pressure waveforms together with ECG and blood flow velocity curves measured in anesthetized dogs. After the processing, the random noises were significantly suppressed and the signal caused by cardiovascular function e-merged, especially, we can easily recognize the small signial near the ensemble-average centre.
