摘要 本文探讨CIC一1000^(TM)无创血液动力学监测系统在临床中的应用价值.应用CIC—1000^(TM)无创血液动力学监测系统连续测定13例施行冠状动脉旁路移植术的病人,同时经Swan—Ganz导管以热稀释法测定心排出量,取得31组资料,两种方法作直线相关性检验.结果表明,两种方法测定的心排出量之间有非常显著的相关性(r=0.518 P<0.005).CIC—1000^(TM)无创血液动力学监测系统是一种安全、简便、有效的测定心排出量的方法,在临床中有着广泛的应用价值. To study the clinical value of CIC-1000?non - invasive hemodynamics monitoring system, we determined the cardiac output using CIC-1000?non - invasive hemodynamics monitoring system and thermodilution by-Swan-Ganz catheter at the same time in 13 patients after coronary artery bypass grafting and got 31 couples data. The data were analyzed with bias and regression statistics to determine the agreement between the two technologies. The result showed they were notable related(r = 0. 518,P<0. 005) .they suggest the CIC-1000?is a kind of safe. simple, effective for determining the cardiac output and it has extensive value in clinical appliance.
