羧基丁苯胶乳的常压加氢研究

摘要 以硫酸亚铁为催化剂用水合肼及过氧化氢对羧基丁苯胶乳在常压下进行加氢。研究了阻聚剂类型、催化剂类型、n(N2H4)/n(CC)、n(H2O2)/n(N2H4)和加氢温度等对加氢反应的影响,结果表明:加入一种混合阻聚剂可使产物生成最少量的凝胶;用硫酸亚铁作催化剂比常用的硫酸铜要好;并找到了最佳氢化条件:n(N2H4)/n(CC)为2.8,n(H2O2)/n(N2H4)为1.4,每克干胶FeSO4用量为1.7μmol,加氢温度为48℃,所得产物氢化度可达90%以上,凝胶含量在5%。 Hydrogenation of carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex was carried out using hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide with ferrous sulfate as catalyst without pressurized hydrogen and an organic solvent. A mixed inhibitor was used during hydrogenation to prevent gel formation. Various hydrogenation conditions were studied.The results showed that ferrous sulfate is better than cupric sulfate as catalyst.The optimum condition were obtained.Under this condition the hydrogenation degree was more than reach over 90% and the gel content was about 5%.
