摘要
在聚丙烯装置上开发生产出透明聚丙烯用基础树脂RM045,经过对成核剂及其他助剂的筛选实验,确定以RM045为基础树脂、HB2002为成核剂、硬脂酸为分散剂、1010/168为复配抗氧剂的基础配方,开发出一种注拉吹瓶用透明聚丙烯树脂。应用实验结果表明,该专用料适合注拉吹加工工艺,生产出的注拉吹瓶满足使用要求。
The transparent polypropylene resin as material for injecton blowing bottle were prepared.The process of basic resin polypropylene RM045 in polypropylene plant were introduced.Application results showed that the injection blowing bottle could meet the demand of market.
