地震科技信息成果的定量评价

QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION OF THE INFORMATIVE OUTCOME OF SEISMOLOGICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

本文在对科技成果和地震科技信息成果的概念进行一般性讨论后,简述了对其评价的目的与范围,对评价参数进行了初步探索,按不同类型成果评价参数的重要程度选取乘法因子和加法因子,并根据重要性赋予不同权数,进而采用加权求和与乘法混合评分法对地震科技信息成果进行了定量评价。

After a general discussion of the concept of scientific and technological payoffs and the informative outcome of seismological science and technology,this paper outlines the aim and range of their evaluation;makes a preliminary exploration of the evaluation para- meters;selects the square factor and addition factor according to the degree of importance of the evaluation parameters of different types of outcomes;and assigns them with different weights based on their importance;and then quantitatively evaluates the informative outcome of seismological science and technology by using the mixed assessment method using weighted summation and square.
