摘要
本文概述了中国地震地下水动态观测网的现状,指出了目前该观测网存在的问题,对今后应如何改进与完善它提出了具体建议,其中包括:井网布局要进一步合理化,观测井质量要优化,井网结构要多层次立体化,观测项目要综合化,观测技术要现代化等。作者认为,经过上述几方面的改进之后,该观测网的地震短临预报的效能将会得到显著的提高。
In this paper,the authors make a summary account of the status quo of the observation networks for ground water changes in China,point out the problems currently existing in the observation networks,and make some specific suggestions on how to improve and perfect the networks,including:further rationalizing the distribution of networks of wells,optimi- zing the observation wells,making the networks of wells multi-level and stereo,synthesizing the observation items,and modernizing the observation techniques.The authors of this paper believe that the efficacy of short-term and impending earthquake predictions through data of the observation networks can be raised significantly if the above-mentioned improvements are made.
