摘要
根据 p H值为 5 .0的 HAc- Na Ac溶液中 ,Cr6 +催化 H2 O2 氧化四氯四碘荧光素二钠的褪色反应 ,建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量 Cr6 +的新方法。新方法的检出限为 1.0 5× 10 - 9g/ ml,测定线性范围为 0~ 35 μg/ L Cr6 +。新方法用于天然水中痕量 Cr6 + 的测定 ,结果良好。
A new sensitive kinetic method is proposed for the determination of Cr 6+.The method is based on its catalytic effect on the redox reaction between hydrogen peroxide and tetrachlorotetraiodo-fluorescein disodium in HAc-NaAc solution of pH=5.0.The detection limit of Cr 6+ in this method is 1.05×10 -9g/ml and the linear response is in the range of 0~35μg/L Cr 6+.The method has been applied to the determination of Cr 6+ in natural water samples with satisfactory results after the water samples being treated by 732 positive ion exchange resin.
