天然纤维复合聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫材料的降解性能

摘要 采用自然气候曝露法和热处理法对天然纤维复合聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(NFPVF)进行了表观降解性能研究。结果表明,该材料具有良好的自然降解性能,纤维骨架质量分数越高性能越好。热失重分析法(TG)对复合材料的热降解动力学研究结果显示,与纤维素分子的降解动力学参数相比,纤维素的活化能约为150kJ/mol,其反应级数为1 0,而复合材料的活化能分别为36 08、75 42、84 89kJ/mol,其反应级数在1 0左右。 Degradation of the complex material with natural fiber and polyvinyl formal(NFPVF) was investigated by burying and heating and the kinetics of degradation was studied with TG and DTG.The temperature of maximum degradation rate and char yield at 400 ℃ were given.By Friedman method,the activation energies of the degradation reaction of NFPVF was obtained(36.08,75.42,84.89 kJ/mol),which were much lower than that of pure cellulose(150 kJ/mol).
