摘要
当前农业发展进入了一个新的阶段，对进行农业结构战略性调整已成共识。本文以砂姜黑土面积较大的阜阳市为例，对其农业结构现状和存在问题进行了分析研究，提出了农业结构调整的目标和措施，以期为砂姜黑土地区农业结构调整提供理论依据。
The present situation and existing problems of agriculture structure in Fuyang city that is the 70percent virtisol area were analyzed and studied,the developing target and counter measures of agriculture structure adjustment were suggested in the future.
