股票市场是资金回报率最快、最高和最显著的地方，但股市的高回报往往伴随着高风险，如果操作不当，将会遭受巨大损失。本文结合目前股市的特征谈一谈中小散户的操作策略。

Stock market is the place of corporations' raising capital as well as the place of investors' selling and buying stocks、 getting dividents、 gaining marginal benefits、 making investment(opportunity). Compared with some kind of investments, such as savings、 bonds、 real estates and collections, stock market is the place where capital's rewarding rates are quickest、 highest and most observable. But stock market' high rewards are often accompanied with high risks ,if we operate improperly, we'll suffer great losses. This article will combine present stock market's characteristics to discuss medium－ small investors' operating strategy.
