当代大学生身上伴随着过多过重的压力，其表现为：思想压力、精神压力、经济压力和就业压力等等。本文对这些压力作了具体的分析，并试图探讨缓解和消除这些压力的办法。

Nowadays,the college students are under great pressure, which is shown as ideological pressure, moral pressure, economic pressure, employment pressure and etc. This thesis will have a very detailed analysis on these pressures and try to find out the way to remove and reduce these pressures.
