Cultural Differences and Language Translation

文化是一种历史现象，语言是文化的载体，使用不同语言的民族之间必然存在差异。语言与文化的密不可分注定了翻译与文化的密切关系。本文指出，应该从文化的角度去看待翻译，尽量做到文化意义上的翻译等值。

Culture refers to the entire way of life of a society. Each culture is unique. Language is a part of culture. It is natural that differences in cultures often lead to the differences in languages and further lead to the difficulties in translation. This paper emphasizes that translation should take culture into consideration and try to obtain the cultural equivalence in translation.
