加入WTO对公安道路交通管理的影响是广泛的,而最为直接的影响将集中在公安交通管理部门的行政审批职能、违章处罚职能、考试教育职能和事故处理职能等方面。我们必须在这四个方面予以调整和改革,逐步向国际通行的规则靠拢。
The entry into WTO has an extensive influence upon public security traffic administration, and the most directly affected are the executive examination and approval function of public security traffic department, the function to punish the violation, test and educational function and the one to handle the accident. We must adjust and reform the four aspects and come to approach the international practice of rules.
