中国加入WTO后,对出入境管理的政策法规、管理方式、管理机制和体制、管理队伍诸方面都将产生许多影响。故此,要加强政策研究,完善政策法规;改进管理方式,提高整体管理效能;调整现行作制,完善工作机制,建立与国际通行做法相一致的出入境管理体制、机制;提高队伍素质,建设一支高水平的出入境管理队伍。
