Currently, fake diplomas and certificates are running wild throughout the country. The theoretic basis to prevent the certificate counterfeit should be the special character of substance, the fixed dynamic pattern of the conductor and the limitation of the faking behavior. Advanced measures against counterfeit are material prevention, prevention by printing technology, sign prevention and intellectual prevention, etc.
