摘要
法的价值取向决定了法律制度发挥作用的方向。合同法作为法律制度尤其是私法制度中的重要组成部分 ,体现和维护了一定的价值目标。它确认和维护了交易秩序、合同自由与交易公平 ,以及交易效率。对合同法的上述价值目标的研讨 ,无疑能有助于我们更好地理解合同法的要义 ,更好地运用和实施合同法 ,使这部合同法在我国市场经济建设中发挥其应有的重要用用。
The establishment and enforcement of Contract Law is one of the important things in the construction of our socialistic marketing economy and laws. As an important part in the legal system, especially the private law system, the Contract Law reflects and protects certain object of value. \ \
