2000年在安徽省开展的农村税费改革试点是建国以来继土地改革、家庭联产承包经营之后的又一次重大改革。在对税费改革全过程跟踪调研的基础上,本文认为在推进农村税费改革过程中必须认真解决好六个方面的问题。
