Reflectionson the Problemsof Current Wage Policies

现行国家或地方政府出台的有关工资政策,由于政策制定者在制定政策时没有深入细致地思考和具体的测算工作,导致这些政策在具体执行过程中,出现了这样或那样的矛盾和问题。本文在揭示这些矛盾或问题的基础上,通过思考,力图提出一些解决矛盾或问题的办法。

The state or the local government has issue some wage policies.However problems have arisen after they are put intoeffect because the policy -makers have not taken into consideration measurement and calculation in making the policies.In this article the author tries to analyses these problems and puts forward some suggestions to the solution to the problems.
