Features of Political Metaphor in Russian Newspaper Writing

政治隐喻是报刊语体中独具特色的修辞现象 ,是报刊文章实现其语体功能的重要途径之一。报刊中的政治隐喻呈现出集中性、扩展性、大众性、形象性的衰亡与激活、体系性等特点 ,而这些特点与报刊语体的建构原则 ,即语言的程式化和形象性是密切相关的。

Political metaphor is a figure of speech unique to newspaper writing. It is one of the important ways in which newspaper writing realizes its functions. Political metaphor in newspapers has such features as concentricity and expansion, popularity, death and revival of vividness, and systematicness, which are closely related to the principles of construction of newspaper writing, that is, the stylization and vividness of language.
