摘要
提出的网络化客户定制辅助专家系统从客户的需求出发,给出相应的指导意见,并对客户定制产品的方案进行评估和改进。介绍了网络化客户定制辅助专家系统的结构和功能,研究了模糊神经网络与专家系统相结合的方法,给出了一个应用实例。
This paper presents the Web-based expert system for product customization which offers instructions according to the requirements of the customers, evaluates the designs of customers and provides ameliorative suggestions. This paper discusses the structure and functions of the system, studies the cooperation of fuzzy neural network and expert system, and illustrates a practical instance.
