中国少数民族地区亟待完善的民族经济法律制度

Urgent Tasks for Imporoving Economic Statutory System in Regions of Chinese Ethnic Minorities

现代经济的发展是与现代经济法律制度的建设紧密联系的.法治是社会经济发展的强大杠杆和重要保障.同社会主义市场经济发展的广泛实践和实际需要相比,我国民族地方的经济立法还很薄弱,可以说民族经济法律制度的建设处在刚刚起步阶段.为此,本文对中国少数民族地区亟待完善的民族经济法律制度,进行了专题研究.

The development of a modern economy is closely linked with the establishment and im\-provemeet of a modern economic statutory system.The law performs an important role of providing motive power and guarantee to a socioeconomic development.Compared with the widely adopted practices and actual needs encountered in China’s rapidly advancing socialist market economy,the legislation on special economic statutes for regions of Chinese minorties has lagged well behind,or,it can be said,still at a’ todding stag e’. With the focus of study on this problen,the urgent issues in relation to the improvement of the economic statutory system specific for the regions of Chinese minorities are discussed in this monograph.
