摘要
目的 探讨RSJ对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为生理盐水组(NS组 )、RSJ组、生理盐水 +氢化可的松组 (NS +HD组 )和RSJ+氢化可的松组 (RSJ+HD组 ) ,RSJ组和RSJ+HD组小鼠灌胃RSJ 5 .0 g/ (kg·d) ,其他 2组灌胃等容量的生理盐水 ,连续 14d ;从第 8天起 ,NS +HD组和RSJ +HD组小鼠肌注氢化可的松 0 .0 2g/ (kg·d) ,连续 7d。给药后第 15天分别测定各组小鼠的免疫器官质量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清IL - 2含量 ,并进行组间比较。结果 小鼠脾脏和胸腺质量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清IL - 2含量RSJ组均明显优于NS组 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,RSJ +HD组均明显优于NS +HD组 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 0 5 )。结论 RSJ可提高小鼠的免疫功能 ,具有对抗免疫抑制的作用。
Objective It is to study the effect of RSJ on immune function of rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into NS group, RSJ group, NS+hydrocortisone (HD) group and RSJ+HD group. Rats in RSJ and RSJ+HD groups were given RSJ by gastric perfusion at the dose of 5.0 g/(kg·d) for 14 days, and other rats were given equal volume of NS by the same way. The rats in NS+HD and RSJ+HD groups were injected hydrocortisone by 0.02 g/(kg·d) from the eighth day to fourteenth day. Then the mass of immune organ, celiac macrophage function and the content of serum IL-2 of the rats were measured and compared with each other.Results The mass of spleen and thymus, celiac macrophage function and the content of serum IL-2 in RSJ group were all better than that in NS group (P<0.05,P<0.01), and that in RSJ+HD group were better than that in NS+HD group (P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion RSJ can improve the immune function of rats and can decrease the immunosuppressive effect.
